This is especially critical for the loan process, where lenders require a thorough, high-resolution visual record of a project’s progress to verify work for each draw request.

Our drone-based service is designed to make this process seamless and unobtrusive. We capture detailed imagery and video from the ground up, providing indisputable proof of work completed across all project phases. By using a drone, we can do this while staying out of the way as much as possible, allowing your team to work uninterrupted and keeping the site safe.

For your peace of mind, our lead photographer is also OSHA 30 certified for construction. This certification ensures that all operations are conducted with the highest regard for safety and in full compliance with on-site regulations. Rest assured, we aren't just some bozo with a drone! We also have over 500 hours flying an sUAS and we also have our part 107.
